Meals on Wheels CA is working with Transform-CX (Lead by Tim Keefe) on a possible platform built out specifically for MOW programs.  In order to integrate the information successfully, he will need to conduct interviews with several organizations. The overarching idea is to create a platform that MOW providers can use but possibly on an enterprise model, meaning it would be more affordable and more applicable to our needs, than other platforms on the market.

ENGAGEMENT OF PROVIDER; DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

1.1 Services. Capture and document project requirements in support of a detailed proposal to follow

□ Identify existing program processes
□ Identify all data sources to support activity
□ Review with team members for feedback and update

 

1.2 Create modules of learning and certification on existing tools.

 

1.2.1 Transform-CX will be responsible for the deliverables above and work to best
effort across the various stakeholders with a goal of successful launch.

 

1.2.2 The Transform-CX team will be led by Tim Keefe, and he will be supported by
team members that will work virtually with him to deliver project outputs.

Tim has worked with MOWSF for many years and was introduced to MOWCA by David Linnell.
