Her tenure in the industry is distinguished by a keen ability to navigate both the physical and digital realms, always placing exceptional customer experiences at the heart of business growth. This blend of experience makes her an invaluable asset in the partnership with Transform-CX Latin America.

A problem-solver by nature, Marina leverages her creativity and a robust background in Sociology to dissect and understand diverse human perspectives. This skill is vital in her role at Transform-CX, where understanding varying customer needs across Latin America is crucial.

Seth McCulloch, a stalwart in strategic product management and corporate partnerships, has been appointed as the Vice President of Product Management at Transform-CX Inc. His role is pivotal in steering the launch and evolution of BalanceWise IQ, an innovative tool designed to revolutionize employee engagement and workplace productivity.

Seth's illustrious career path has seen him helm significant roles across varied sectors. Seth honed his ability to lead in the competitive landscape of e-commerce in Des Moines, Iowa. His expertise in fostering strategic partnerships flourished during his tenure as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, where, for over a year, he cultivated essential alliances that drove corporate synergy and innovation from Mesa, Arizona.

Further laying the foundation of his expertise, Seth contributed his skills as Vice President of Sales Operations, where he upheld the company's commitment to patient care through effective sales strategies and operational excellence in Sunrise, Florida. His philosophy, "Take great care of the patient every day and in every way," echoes the dedication he brings to each role, emphasizing the value of care, service delivery, and partnerships.

Seth's experience as VP of Sales showcased his sales acumen and his capacity to drive substantial growth. His appointment to Transform-CX showcases his broad experience and strategic vision in product management. Seth's leadership is expected to be transformational for BalanceWise IQ, as he brings his comprehensive insights to a platform set to redefine employee engagement and well-being in the workplace.

Marnix Wieldraaijer, the driving force behind Transform-CX Europe, brings a wealth of global hospitality experience. His professional journey is marked by a commitment to personalized service, a principle he sees as fundamental in hospitality.

Recognizing the evolving challenges in the industry, particularly the shortage of qualified front-of-house staff, Marnix embarked on his entrepreneurial venture. In September 2021, he founded U&NiX Management Services, a platform through which he offers his expertise in consultancy, project management, and interim management, reflecting his adaptive and forward-thinking approach.

Marnix's expertise is extensive, encompassing international operations, project management in the Food Service and Facility Management segments, and the opening of large-scale hotels and event venues. His interest in business information and analytics highlights his innovative mindset. Focusing on driving innovation and continuous improvement of KPIs through smart, digital, data-driven solutions, Marnix has established himself as a leader who blends traditional hospitality with modern technological advancements.

In his role at Transform-CX Europe, Marnix is dedicated to redefining personalized service by integrating his profound hospitality experience with contemporary, data-driven solutions. His leadership is pivotal in adapting to the current industry challenges and elevating the customer experience across Europe. Andreas Wieman, a seasoned Customer Experience (CX) strategist and newly-appointed member of the advisory board for Transform-CX, brings over two decades of profound expertise in fostering transformative customer and employee experiences. His tenure includes leading robust operational and support teams for various Fortune 500 clients, where he honed an innate understanding of what drives engagement and satisfaction among leaders, teams, and customers.

He is also the co-author of Stop Doing Stupid S*** with CEO Tim Keefe.
Andreas' approach to CX transcends conventional methodologies. His philosophy centers on humanizing every interaction, whether internal or customer-facing. He emphasizes the integration of technology, talent, and visionary thinking grounded in real-world practices, ensuring adherence to the highest standards in process and regulatory compliance, safety, security, and fraud prevention.

Jenny has over twenty years of experience serving various industries’ financial aspects, to ensure the precise and flexible monitoring of financial growth and activities.
