Timothy Keefe

Tim Keefe is not only the voice of experience but also of logic in the Transform CX team. Throughout his career, his motivation was to come up with creative solutions to enhance the value of customer relationships.

Besides delivering high-quality customer experience programs for clients within a wide range of niches, Tim also specializes in identifying weak points in systems, operations, and customer service and creates solutions for improvement.

Tim’s approach is a very hands-on one; He likes working closely with clients across the entire life cycle of their customers to create a seamless experience while increasing their business profitability.

Tim has over 30 years of industry experience in Technology, Operations, Customer Management, and Business Consulting. He has worked with businesses across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia; in sectors such as Telecommunications, Finance, Online Marketing, Healthcare, and Retail.
