Cyber liability isn’t just an IT problem—it’s what happens when leadership ignores what’s broken, and this book shows how to finally fix it.

Cyber Liability: The Risk That Doesn't Wait

No matter your industry, if you collect, manage, or store information, you are carrying cyber liability.

When that information is compromised — whether through a breach, a mistake, or a missed safeguard — it’s not just an IT problem. It becomes a business crisis that exposes your organization to financial loss, legal action, regulatory penalties, and reputational damage that can take years to rebuild.

The reality is straightforward: Most cybersecurity failures aren’t caused by sophisticated attacks.  They happen because basic risks were ignored — passwords weren’t updated, patches weren’t applied, or teams weren’t properly trained.

Security gaps don’t announce themselves. They quietly accumulate, often unnoticed, until one day they cost you — and the people who trusted you.

Every leader today has a choice:  You can build a system that protects your people, your mission, and your reputation — or you can gamble, and hope nothing happens.

Cyber liability isn’t theoretical.  It’s operational. It’s measurable. And it’s yours to manage — or pay for.
